I fixed it eventually. What i did was: first, uninstall all your cards drivers, second, take your both cards out and run/reinstall their drivers just one at a time, then, switch them (from their previous positions in the PCI slots).
I'm appreciating the feedback, but that didn't help my situation very much. My system recognizes both of the cards (as i can see in the device manager), its just that the AMD control center isn't appearing with the "AMD CrossFireX" tab
