The MSI one comes with a 5th Gen i7 as opposed to the 4th gen i7 toting ASUS (the 4th Gen has 100mhz turbo speed more than the 5th gen, but trust me that's insignificant) . In addition MSI comes with extra 4 gigs of Ram and 7200 RPM HDD (5400 rpm on the Asus). The ASUS is not exactly the one...
