I could not find any reset function in the menu or and reference to doing a factory reset in the manual.

I blew out the HDMI ports with compressed air and still not working. I did try resetting the Onkyo receiver, but that did not fix it either. Like I said, I can unplug the HDMI cable from the TV and plug it into another TV and it works. I can also unplug the cable (the one going to the TV)...
