i woud sugest to go for the headset you mic is good if also if you shose to go for ONLY the sound you will be able to get better sound quiltie beceus you dont have to spend any money for a good micropooh i hope i have awnser your quistion

i realy like the razer kreaken 7.1 the mic is supost to be realy good and the its sounds awsome its 130$ here in ther netherlands i hope this solved you quistion NOTE kraken 7.1 is fully usb

I would suggest calling acer and ask for a replacement it sounds like your keyboard kable is lose, you coud open it up but i cant be a 100% sure if that the problem. and you woud be voiding you waranty i hope this helps you out
