    my toshiba L300 wont restore back to its factory settings. what can i do? thanks in advance to anyone who can help me

    I have recently acquired a Toshiba Satellite laptop. I have tried factory reset by holding down 0 (zero) in the top row of buttons and switching it on but it jus keeps going to load my desktop. Can somebody please help me
