That motherboard only supports DDR4 memory and you have listed DDR3. If this is a gaming build, think twice about buying a sound card, on-board audio is excellent enough these days to not require one. Put the money towards a better GPU. Step it up to a GTX 970 perhaps.

Well if you read the post OP says browsing experience is terrible. Updating BIOS will not normally have an effect on browing performance, updating BIOS is for system fixes or has compatibility updates for certain hardware. Upgrading to an SSD from hard drive on the other hand in an old system...

Try a trial of C-Cleaner or AShampoo Win Optimizer 12. Its a free for 10 days or so, then you have to pay. I prefer AShampoo myself. They are registry/temp file cleaners. Failing that try fresh install of windows or swapping out the old HDD for an SSD will solve that problem.

Have you tried enabling "legacy boot" in BIOS? Edit: Should be under boot options.

Laptops intakes are usually the bottom, so it will be an intake. Keep this unobstructed when playing, keep good airflow by using your laptop on a desk or hard flat surface but not on your lap (contrary to the name!), and at the hinge will be your exhaust. Easily recognisable by warm air blowing...

If there are no vent holes/intakes on the underside then a cooling pad will not work. Mac Books are the same. The underside has no vents. Is it overheating?

Is the screen turning on but showing blank/black, or is it off as in there's no power reaching it? Have you tried to reach the bios? Try spamming F2 as soon as you start the unit
