    my tablet will go as far as step 4 but when i select reset it wont do anything. Help pls

    Samsung Galaxy tab Have gone through the process of resetting my tab. When I reach step 4 in the guide ( select restore/delete data) and select it my tab does nothing...... Help please.........................
