Is weight a major concern for you? If not, you should consider discrete graphics as they are much more suitable for gaming. There are i7 quad cores with Iris out right now, but not official "ultrabooks"

I've been looking around, but I can't seem to find a laptop with the same new Haswell CPUs that the new MBA houses. Anyone know why? I'm looking for a laptop with a ~13-14 inch screen, under 3.5 lbs, and great battery life. I would like to run ubuntu, but can settle with OS X. Recommendations?
