The sub is always on that's the thing, the SUB settings always goes down auto.. so there is no work around ?

Hey guys, i'm new and glad to be here. I got a little issue with my new sound system, I bought the EVO 9 and hooked it up, the system is a BLAST but the only problem is that the SUB keeps going down automatically.. I want the sub to be set at 39 at ALL TIMES but it keeps going down...
