    Which OS for Toshiba Qosmio G50

    A family member of mine has a 2007 Toshiba Qosmio G50 that needs to be formatted. Which OS would you advice me to install. It has Vista by default, but I certainly don't want to reinstall it. Windows 7 or 8? 32 or 64bits? Thanks
