    MERGED QUESTION Question from sidnik360 : "Laptop is on but but no working after clicks" My laptop is on but no working is done .simply a start screen appeared. Nothing more than that. If I double click an icon it doesn't open I click on Google chrome it doesn't work. Plz assist me.
