If you have the latest Windows 10 or Windows 11 then the GPU selection is controlled by the operating system, not the graphics driver. Open the settings app on windows and manually specify the preferred GPU globally and per-app

The latest versions of windows 10/11 allow you to control this through the settings app. Older operating systems configured this through the drivers provided by AMD and Nvidia.
