Depends on what you'll be doing, but SSD's give a huge "real world" performance benefit, you'll definitely get benefit from that, and you only "might" get benefit from faster CPU and more memory... i.e. if you're doing some really intensive stuff.

I dunno, I just got an HTC One m8 and it makes me wonder why the hell I ever owned a Samsung (previous Galaxy S and S3 owner). The sense interface makes Samsung's look like 2d vomit. Having said that, I haven't seen many OTHER android devices so not sure how much of the Samsung is standard...
