It seems to me that the quality between a dvd on a pc (good graphics card eg x1900xtx) and a dedicated but cheap dvd player seems to be radicaly different, the dvd players quality is much better whereas the pc's quality is very grainy and blocky, why is this? and what can I do to improve the...
