I have a sneaking suspicion that it might be on the network. What should I do if that's the case? Also, this virus is preventing windows from updating.

I tried going into windows security and it's absent. The only thing it says is "security at a glance". Whatever this is, it won't let me update Windows 10. I've tried running it in safe mode and it's the same. My CPU, Disk Space and Memory fluctuate to 100% at different times. I can't...
