I did a factory reset and I haven't had any problems since. Thanks anyway.

My Asus laptop's screen has all of a sudden just gone black and white. There are a few exeptions, one being the login screen. Another exception is the screen that asks for permission to let a program run. If anyone else has had this problem and has resolved it, let me know. Thanks in advance!

I wanted to replace my hard drive with a ssd. I tried to do it myself but ultimately had to go to the geek squad for some help. They helped me and reinstalled windows for me. They did all of this for free, but when I got the laptop back, The was a dent above the keyboard and it's bugging me. Is...
