Hi,my laptop is stuck at Dell logo screen,even progress bar is not moving further at all.I tried to hit f2/f12 key but nothing is happening.I gave my laptop to technician l,he reset the bios and laptop started but some keys were not working.So I again handover the laptop to him.But same thing...
