This depends on which gt 750m version you are getting and which intel iris pro you are getting. The iris pro 6200 will outperform the gt 750m ddr3 version, but in the other 3 scenarios the gt 750m outperforms the iris pro. I would go with the gt 750m as it will provide higher fps in most cases...
