    Try it in MP4, WMV sometimes is a little buggy - also make sure your rendering the video inside the yellow bar <--- i know that part seems obvious, but rendering in MP4 fixes alot of problems.

    try using GPU acceleration, and stop rendering in WMV.. it takes the longest time to upload a video in WMV - try MP4! let me know if this helps at all, if not then type your complete computer specs and i will find a solution!

    Allocate about 10GB of that ram to Sony Vegas, by default sony vegas only uses around 950MB of your RAM to render. and that can slow things down dramatically, to allocate more go to Options, Preferences, Video and Change Dynamic RAM Preview MAX to 10GB or 10240MB. if it's still bothering you...

    go to File then New. then at View Transform: change it to OFF. it should be on ACES RRT (sRGB) by defult. then check START ALL NEW PROJECTS WITH THESE SETTINGS. and click okay. then you won't get those color bars when you render, Hope this helps. let me know if you have any other troubles.
