If you are asking if you should use a mobile antivirus, no. Don't use it. It's useless. As for VPNs, that's questionable. Attackers don't usually target phones. You should be safe without using any kind of protective app.

Avast = No Kaspersky = Not a bad idea Norton = Too annoying I use MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. Which is not an antivirus. But you have one already installed on your system. Windows Defender... This combination, WD and MBAM is really good. I hope this will help you.

It's easy I can say. If you have money: INTEL If you don't have much money: AMD And... When I see these specifications. I would wait, and buy better PC. This one is really low. But in this case... I would go for Intel.
