If you don't know how to take it out I would suggest not messing with the laptop if it's under warranty and just send it in for repairs. I wouldn't want to void the warranty.
So before we go and jump to reinstalling windows lets go with this for now. open up command pomp in admin and type this into it
sfc /scannow so we can check if there is corrupted windows files
Alright now, that has happen has anything different happened? If not try installing the graphics card driver again and rebooting your PC. So I was wrong it is a discrete graphics card lol
If it's a igpu you have to uninstall it by going into Device manger and uninstalling it there I believe the other one will be in uninstall a program and just be under nvidia. I'm not to familiar with laptops
The graphics card driver, i wouldn't try taking the laptop apart lol, Though I'm assuming it's a igpu (intregrated graphics card) and not a discrete graphics card
Okay so assuming you didn't drop it kick it etc etc lol. First off lets try by uninstalling the graphics card diver and re installing it and tell me if that does anything
