So i recently acquired an RCA tablet from a friend it wouldnt connect to wifi so i factory reset it. After i got done with the set up (still having the wifi turning on issue) i went to settings and long behold its saying turning on wifi ive let it sit for 24 hours now and i have no cluse what to do
