Windows 7, Corel VS X6, as of 11/2/2016, these Windows updates cause this problem of X6 not starting. You must go in and uninstall them in control panel, unless Corel has decided to patch X6. I just added the last one a couple weeks ago when it quit working again. KB3126587 KB3126593 KB3140410...
