Windows won't boot on Toshiba Laptop, I have tried F12 and F2, HDD Recovery won't load and changing BIOS boot order didn't fix
I have tried everything. F2 and launching system restore, F12 or 0 and launching system restore. The system only goes to black screen. HDD recovery didn't do anything.- smterra1109
