    Toshiba Laptop window 7 get stuck in shutting down.

    My laptop doesn't shut down successfully, it get stuck while shutting down. I need help good people. I don't know what is the cause for this and I cant even help myself as I am not the expect in computers. [Moderator edit: OS=Windows 7]
