How to check my PC for spyware?

How do i check my PC for spyware? Lately there has been a lot of pop-ups on my pc asking about secutity certificates and such.. There's also a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark on my OneDrive in the hidden icons which i don't recall being there before.

MSI GE60 extremely slow internet

Just got my GE60 and the internet speed is just extremely slow or non-existent, my desktop is running at normal internet speeds. Anyone know what might be causing this or someone who has the same problem?
