Well this is not good for your phone , it will disturb its lower charging jack , because it may be possible that charger jack point is going loose day by day. Cause this not happens with any one regularly, once or twice is not an issue . But as you said it happens again n again in low frequency...

Its all battery problem. Dot take this lightly , a bad battery can harm you and others too. You will get a good replacement value in apple store . Just get new one.

Really you are charging manually?????????? Please go and give your phone for repairing. If requires do change what ever it need . Manually charging is not safe at all. It may burst if you will continue this .
