we've tried upside down, it's too difficult for him to hold AND manipulate functions. He plans to use it in a school class as well so cell phone is out, as is camcorder.

My son has zero use of his right hand, he has cerebral palsy and hemiparethis. He's not a professional photographer or anything like that, but loves to take pictures so I'm looking for a fairly inexpensive way to let him do so easily. I've looked for left-handed cameras for years, to no avail...
