can a bios flash solve it?

It used to, but i solved it by simply cleaning it.. Not a problem now.

Also, i forgot to mension, i have also tested 2 different rams, have cleared the CMOS(by removing the battery waiting 30 sec and replacing), and tested the rams.

The message from blue screen varies from what media im trying to boot, one of the messages is memory management. The hdd is not the problem because i have tested another one that is good.

Hello, i am having some problems with my laptop. It does not boot any hdd or windows recovery media, instead just reboots or turns blue screen and i have to reboot. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

It was not, i have now corrected it. Still nothing happened.

Right now, i'm not getting the black screen at hdd boot anymore, instead appears a message from boot manager saying that the boot configuration data for your pc is missing or contains errors and keeps rebooting. Also i have tried the Hiren's Boot CD and it boots, anything to do with it?

Yes the hdd is recognized in the bios, in fact everything is getting recognized. As for bad sectors or windows corruptions i do not think it may be the problem because i have also replaced the hdd (forgot to mension it..) before with another one that worked perfectly on it's laptop so..

Hello, i have the following issue, my laptop turns on does everything normally until bios logo or computer brand logo (as it appears acer) and showing the key to enter bios etc, the problem is, after that it just stays with a black screen if booting from hdd, if booting from usb it just reboots...
