Which is better hd 620 or geforce 940mx for gaming and how much of difference for gaming? i want to do light steam gaming. Could either run H1Z1 or rocket league for example affectively with out much issue?

Im not good with computers and wanted to know what kind of games i can run, and run well. I was looking at a laptop with an intel 620 graphics card an a core I7 - 7500u 2.7 gigahertz and 16gb RAM and wanted to know if that was good enough for a game like H1Z1, or other types of games. If not...
