Constant computer restarts after factory reset

It still didn't work but thanks. Maybe it had something to do with me not putting the the CD that comes with the conputer

Constant computer restarts after factory reset

I tried to factory reset my laptop and it came up with a error so I came on this site and I saw a solution but it only made my laptop constantly restart. Can someone help?
