    Did you unplug the PSU from the wall before opening your case? I've seen people not and drop or touch something conductive on their motherboard and short it out.

    I have a 1080ti and it struggles on the Vive with Fallout 4 vr. So yes. You need to upgrade.

    The Vive deluxe strap only if you share. I like the stock strap with the ear buds more. I actually returned my deluxe audio strap.
