You should be just fine. I see this issue all the time in I.T. It's just as greens stated above. As long as you did not download or install anything, you should be fine.

I would recommend running a custom scan using Malware-bytes. It's a free program that does an excellent job at finding and removing most malware as opposed to virus protection. Once the scan is finished, be sure to remove any infections found. Then try resetting the DNS back to default and see...

The Toshiba as its hardware (mainly speaking of the cpu) is better than the other two brands.
