I bought an american PS4. Can I directly plug it in the Indian circuits or will that cause the device to burst?

I have a "LG 42LB5820 105 cm (42) LED TV". At first, I could go fullscreen on websites like vodlocker, coke and popcorn etc while in the internet browser. But nowadays, when I click on fullscreen, it tries to go fullscreen and then comes back to the window mode. Youtube fullscreen works fine...
