    how is it possible my lap top keyboard refuse to print some numbers I have to use numbers on right side

    i have fairly new acer which makes me unhappy. Big letters has 3 buttons caps lock, shift on left side, shift on right side. now the number on the top some do not work like 8,9,6 and I have to use the # on right side. Why this Acer is so consumer unfriendly its headache.
