    Black screen laptop it turns on but it has a black screen ( my laptop is acer )

    I know its on because the board lights up ( if it is on the board always lights up ) but the screen won't turn on or as in it cannot show me anything accept a black screen and it has been two months after my parents buy it for me!!! I don't want for them to think its broken
