    Adding GPU to laptop?

You cannot change or upgrade a GPU in a laptop, very few models have upgradable GPUs and those are the expensive gaming ones. Your friend is stuck with what he has, unless he buys a whole new laptop that is.

No,free,or paid antivirus on a gaming PC?

I haven't used an Antivirus in like 5 years. If you're not a complete idiot, an antivirus is a pretty antiquated feature for a pc these days.

    best performance for games?

There are two separate power settings for when the laptop is plugged in vs on battery. Set both to high performance and you should be ok. As far as oblivion, it's an older game, probably less optimized then skyrim, hence the choppy gameplay sometimes.

    Laptop dilemma price

You do realize that there is absolutely no reason to have 220 fps? I bet your monitor refresh rate is 60hz, which means it will only display 60 fps at any given time. Unless you have a 144hz monitor, that's 144 frames rendered max, once again 220 is a huge waste of power and performance...

Laptop shutting down when playing games

Clean your laptop, take a compressed air can to the vents. The only reason it would shut down like you described is if it is overheating. It is a safety precaution, if it gets too hot, the system shuts down to prevent damage. Maybe also get a cooling laptop pad?

Alienware Laptop - what should I do right there?

Try this for me: Wrap the laptop exhausts in a towel or something, the goal here is to make it hot. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and reboot without the towel. Connections in laptops sometimes get bad as the thing heats and cools and heats and cools over time, wearing down and cracking the...

Alienware Laptop - what should I do right there?

I'm not familiar with Alienware laptops, mostly because I don't like throwing away money, but in most laptops the GPU cannot be replaced. Have you tried contacting their support? They may be able to help you out or offer a refund/echange. Good luck.

    Nvidia Geforce Experience

I suggest removing it entirely, it is essentially just bloatware. You can install just the drivers that you need at that's it. Most modern games will optimize themselves to your system's specification, making the Geforce Experience obsolete. Moreover, anything that program can do you can easily...
