    Solved! blackscreen & movable cursor

    Hi, I have an acer one 10 laptop, and I recently factory reset it. The next day, I opened it but only a black screen and a movable cursor appears. I already tried ctrl+alt+del but it didn't work. I also tried pressing the shift key repeatedly but to no avail. What to do? Help!
