Hello helpstar, thank you for replying. However, I am unable to attempt your fix because I can’t get on the internet. My laptop won’t go past the blue windows page that opens in the beginning.

I turned on my computer and the windows screen in windows 7 just kept spinning. When I ran a diagnostic test it says that my hard disk failed and hard disk fiill. Also when I hit f11 it says errors 305 & 303 respectively. I am a techtard but need to fix this myself as I can’t afford to take it...
