I have tried Rebooting and Ipconfig. It wont get an IPv4 address when connecting to that access point

Have tried both but the same issue occurs

yes the network is at work. If I run a the trouble-shooter when connected to the Access point that I am having issues with it says the "WIFI Doesn't have a valid IP Configuration".

I have a laptop and it will connect to the internet in most of the building but it wont connect in one room (Even when it is right beneath the access point) It will connect to our internal network but not the internet. All the other laptops we have tried connect to the network and internet...
