    Dell Inspiron 7559 stuttering

    I just solved the issue. Do not try reinstalling anything, Windows or drivers. All you have to do is enter BIOS (reboot, and hold F2 key), and in VIDEO, uncheck the Enable Switchable Video - Save and Exit. This is it fox.
