    sir it is new laptop i bought it 3months later, but whats wrong with battery,also it has warrenty.

    sir,my asus ultra book(s56ca) is charging upto 93% after that ,the status is not changing even after 3hours charging.background apps also disabled,laptop is in standby mode but same problem. please give me a solution. thank you
