You might've installing malicious programs before without your acknowledge. I recommend you to uninstall those programs that located on C:\Program Files (x86) Uninstall those programs and folders: 1. Jogotempo 2. SkypeUpdateEx 3. HPDef 4. 000011FF-1464189926-0000-0000-00BCEE7B5038 It works on my PC
