ultrabook = as light as possible. I believe it less than 5lbs. NO optical drive, NO moving parts (solid state hard drive its what drive the highest cost). i could be wrong, but i don't know of any 17" in laptops under 5lbs. anything under 3Lbs get to be 12" - 14" and believe me 14" is plenty...

try right clicking on your desktop and you should pull up the menu. In it find the Intel Graphics Properties and choose output (and read the options)
