    i tried to boot with a usb but its not picking it. temperature is fine but i cannot get into the bios

    my laptop is not booting into windows it is only displaying the mecer company name. and if it happens that it boots in when it switches off or if you restart it it wont boot again, please help me what might be the problem(s)
