    White screen on my laptop

    Whenever I press the "Power button" on my Windows 8.1 laptop it's a white screen and I can't even see my mouse! And there are ways to remove the "virus" but you have to remove your battery, My problem is; My laptop doesn't have latches to remove the battery. What do I do?
