it's still not turning on.

I tried but its still not turning on. The charger is working when I plug in to different device. The problem is in my tablet not the charger.

At morning my tablet was working perfectly until I put on charge. When I came back to see how many percent is charged, it was off it did not show anything. I tried to power on but it didn't on. I tried the 20 second method but it didn't worked. I bought a new battery and it also didn't worked...
