    Toshiba laptop keyboard not working at all

    i had the same problem with all the keys not working + the number lock light on but i finally figured it out. this worked for me: shut down the computer, unplug it, remove the battery (wait about 30 seconds), re-attach the battery, power it up + the keys should work fine.
