    New Audio drivers

Do not remove drivers for resources found on your motherboard. Logitech's drivers and supporting software are only for your headset. The RealTek drivers and Dell software is for the audio hardware found on your motherboard (whether you are speaking about a laptop or desktop). Even if you...

    Windows 10 > Start Menu > Folders

Have a look at the following link: https://www.howtogeek.com/197836/8-ways-to-customize-the-windows-10-start-menu/ Pay particular attention to the Organize, Edit, Delete, or Add New Items to the Apps List section. You can create your own folders (meaningful to you) and then drop the folders...

    Windows 10 > Start Menu > Folders

In response to your number 1, I didn't notice anyone mention Startup, maybe I missed that post. In response to 2, I don't think there is anything you can do to the left hand side of the Start Menu. As far as I know the left pane in the Start Menu can't be customized. You might have to go with...

    Windows 10 > Start Menu > Folders

The App panel of the Start Menu can be adjusted by going to the right edge of it, clicking and dragging either larger or smaller. If you go narrower, then you can use your scroll wheel to scroll down it.

How to I fix a broken ribbon connector that does not go into a locking clip?

It looks like from the picture of the ribbon cable that it has ripped off the solder lands on the PCB. If this is the case the PCB is damaged. I see the only recourse would be to contact the manufacturer, there is a possibility that you can purchase replacement parts.

    Two Devices, One Keyboard

I think a KVM will work. It switches the keyboard video and mouse between multiple systems. You could just switch the keyboard between the PC an TV.

    Audio on HDMI?

Can you give your monitors make and model? I have a Samsung S27C750P and when connected to my graphics card shows up in the Playback devices. However this monitor doesn't have any speakers. If I select this monitor as my default playback device, I don't get any sound. So for whatever reason...

    Audio on HDMI?

In Playback devices look for the display device you have your HDMI cable connected to. For instance my monitor is connected via HDMI, so I see S27C750 NVIDIA High Definition Monitor. If I wanted to play sound from here, I'd make it the default playback device.

    Speakers for practice

Actually the 2.1 sound bar used with TV's might be ideal. If you put the mounting screws up on the wall or something, you could put the speakers up and then removed them at will. I have a set that works with Bluetooth as well as other audio / video connections. Here is a link of what I'm...

can cheatengine give adware, viruses, or malware?

Wouldn't you just love some one to infect dirty cheat software with a script once installed it set the system for reboot. On reboot the system the script would execute and delete the OS partition and format it. Actually that outcome is still too good for cheaters.
