The controller of your SD card is most likely dead if it is not getting recognized on any of the machines or through any of the adapters. Just replace it. Or if you are looking to get some or all of the data back, you will need to seek data recovery lab assistance. This can be pricey.

Ouch! I have had this happen with Ableton plus having the project files corrupt as well. Never found a solution, lost the all the project files. Try a different software, that would be my recommendation. Try a few trial ones just to be sure that those files are in fact corrupt. When recovering...
